  • The Relationship Reset

    Coming in October

Relationships don't need to be in crisis to benefit from intentional care. This six-week virtual workshop helps couples break unhelpful patterns, strengthen communication, and reconnect with what brought them together. Through guided discussions, practical exercises, and evidence-based strategies, you'll leave with tools you can continue using long after the workshop ends.

    Next Reset Begins on 10/01/2026

  • Unapologetically You: A Queer Identity & Belonging Group

Coming in October! $179 (approximately $29/session)

Being yourself shouldn't require an apology. This six-week virtual group offers LGBTQ+ adults a welcoming space to explore identity, belonging, relationships, and personal growth while connecting with others who share similar experiences. Together, we'll cultivate authenticity, resilience, and community.

  • Between Sessions: A Peer Consultation Circle for Therapists

4th Friday of Every Month at 11:00 am to 12:30 pm ($20/Drop-In)

Some of the most meaningful conversations in our profession happen between sessions—with trusted colleagues who understand the weight and privilege of this work. Join us each month for a virtual consultation circle where therapists can discuss challenging cases (while maintaining client confidentiality), explore ethical and clinical questions, share resources, and connect in a supportive community of peers. Whether you come with a case or simply to listen, you'll leave with fresh perspectives, renewed connection, and practical insights to carry back into your practice. This is a peer consultation and professional support group, not formal supervision, and is open to licensed clinicians and advanced trainees.

No long-term commitment. Join us whenever your schedule allows
