Counseling Services

Our counseling services are grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection, authenticity, and the experience of being fully seen. We strive to create emotionally safe spaces where individuals and couples can explore life's challenges, strengthen relationships, and move toward greater alignment with their values and sense of self.

We are committed to practicing cultural humility and affirming the diverse identities, experiences, and communities that shape who we are. We are especially passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples as they navigate relationships, identity, belonging, and personal growth.
